Matt Prosch was born and raised in western Minnesota to a respectable farming family. Working on their dairy farm with his father gave Matt early lessons in the importance of family and hard work. Because of that, he had a knack for success. After graduating from Lake Benton High School in 2003, he turned down numerous football scholarships to enlist in the U.S. Army National Guard where he served for 8 years.
In 2007, Matt married his wife, Chandra, and started a successful transportation business that quickly blossomed into a successful 11-year enterprise. Today, Matt is living the American Dream right here in western Minnesota and raising his three kids – Jocelyn, Brady and Sawyer – on our North Star values.
Our current political climate has many of us tuning into news stations and networks. Matt knows first-hand that our country is not the same as it was when he was growing up. Our values are hard to find in Washington these days, but Matt is determined to make that difference and give back to the district that gave him so much.
In Congress, he will fight for limited government, states’ rights, traditional family values, a stronger military, balancing the budget, reducing the national debt and bringing jobs back to western Minnesota. Matt is determined to bring in real results, and represent the real people who desperately need them.
